How To Order Custom
Ordering custom DTF printed apparel from Sad Baddie Prints is simple and seamless. First, start by choosing the apparel style that best suits your needs from our apparel catalogue below.
Select the size, color and quantity of shirts you'd like to order. Upload your design and check our parameters for the best quality print—ensuring your file meets the required resolution and format(300 dpi resolution preferred). Repeat process for each size and color variations. (i.e. x2 Large Black, X2 Medium Red, x2 Small Blue)
Finally, proceed to our secure checkout where we offer multiple payment options to make the process as convenient as possible. Bulk orders over 200$ get a 10% discount! Once your order is placed, we will mock up your designs and email you proofs for your approval. Once approved by you, we’ll handle the rest! Delivering high-quality custom apparel right to your door!

Gang Sheets
A DTF gang sheet is a large sheet that contains multiple designs or logos printed together in one run. This allows you to efficiently use the space on the sheet by combining several designs, which can then be cut and transferred individually to different garments. Gang sheets are perfect for saving time and material costs, especially when you have multiple small designs or want to print for various projects in a single order.
An additional benefit is that if you own your own heat press, you can easily apply the designs at home. This gives you more control and flexibility, allowing you to print custom apparel from the comfort of your home or office.
How to Press Your
DTF Transfer Design onto Apparel
Using a Heat Press:
Step 1: Preheat your press: Adjust temps based on your heat press.
● 240°F for 100% polyester
● 260°F for poly/cotton blends
● 300°F for 100% cotton
Step 2: Prep your shirt!
Give it a 5-second pre-press to zap any moisture or wrinkles.
Step 3: Placement!
Place your DTF transfer, cover it with a piece of teflon or parchment paper (big enough
to cover the design), and press with medium pressure for 15 seconds.
Step 4:
Time to peel! Go for an instant peel or let it cool completely before removing.
Step 5:
Give it a final 5-10 second press with your teflon or parchment paper for a clean finish.
Using a Regular Iron:
Step 1: Set iron to high heat, no steam!
Step 2: Pre-iron your shirt where you’ll place the design to smooth it out.
Step 3: Position your DTF transfer, cover with teflon or parchment paper, and press each section with heavy pressure for 15 seconds until the whole design is pressed.
Step 4: Let it cool completely, then peel.
Step 5: Give it a final, quick press with teflon or parchment paper to lock in the design.
